CCS Japan 22th Annual Meeting of stockholders was held 2021.6.17

The Company held the 22nd Annual Meeting of stockholders on June 10.
 
At the general meeting, the financial statements for the 22nd term, dividends of surplus, and appointment of directors were approved as originally proposed.
Shinji Fukuchi has been appointed as a director.
Hiroyuki Homma has resigned as a member of the board of directors.
